You can receive this special Pikachu by selecting Get via the internet in the Mystery Gift feature, which will be available until February 28, 2023.

You can pre-order from the Pokémon Center to receive two codes for in-game accessories. Trainers will get a cosmetic backpack for their character, and its design hasn’t been revealed yet. You will receive the redemption instructions via email, and the digital gift will be available for pre-orders. At the time of writing, the other portals where you can purchase Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have not revealed the bonuses for pre-purchasing the game.
