Apex Legends Season 11: Escape has a good number of changes coming to the neutral Supply Drop (also called neutral Care Package), but per usual, one of the things changing is its crate weapon rotation. For Season 11, the Supply Drop will still have four weapons inside of it, but one of those weapons is changing. Let’s take a look.
Triple Take returns to Ground Loot
In season 9, the Triple Take was taken out of the sniper class of weapons, but out of the Ground Loot just as fast. While the rest of the newly-dubbed Marksman weapons found their footing in their new class, the Triple Take was disguised by the allure of being a Supply Drop weapon. For some, that meant playing it because they wanted a crate weapon.
For others, it meant being disappointed that there wasn’t an Alternator, Spitfire, or Kraber inside. Now, with the Triple Take back on the ground, it can find its footing in its new class without all the extra elements.
G7 Scout enters the Supply Drop
Since a Marksman weapon came out, it makes sense that a Marksman weapon goes back in. The other Marksman weapon that was once a sniper, the G7 Scout, is leaving the Ground Loot, and finding its new home in the Supply Drop. As a crate weapon, the G7 Scout will be getting a damage buff, as well as coming equipped with the formerly removed Double Tap Trigger Hop-Up. This Hop-Up gives the G7 Scout two fire modes: single fire, and burst fire (2 shots).
