In Bitlife, there are many schools players can enroll in, and one of these is Medical School. That said, if you are looking to pursue a career in medicine, you will need to enroll in Medical School, so here’s how and where to start.
How to enroll in Medical School in Bitlife
To go to Medical School, you will need to first finish college and pick one of the following medical-related courses as your major.
- Nursing
- Science
- Biology
Along with the majors listed above, you will also need to have high smarts and decent health levels. You can get high smarts by reading books, going to the library, and also by studying hard in school via the study harder option. It may also be worth rerolling characters until you have one with decently high smarts. But if you don’t get one, don’t worry, as you can just read books to boost the stat to 100.

For health, all you need to do is visit the doctor whenever you are sick, choose a healthy diet and avoid any hazardous activities such as drinking and other drugs. Once you got both down, you will need to finish high school and then college while maintaining all of your stats.
That being said, after you finish college, you will be able to choose an option from a popup called seek higher knowledge to enroll in medical school – if you don’t see this popup, you can enroll via the education tab. Also, if you are smart, you can easily enroll via a scholarship option – this also works for college.
Once you are enrolled, it will take a few years to pass, and at this point, you will be able to choose the following careers to pursue.
- Doctor
- Family Doctor
- Brain Surgeon
- Psychiatrist
- Sr. Psychiatrist
