Originally introduced in Season 7 as part of the Menagerie rewards, Austringer was sunset during Season 12 and then came back in Season 17 when the Derelict Leviathan appeared at the Moon. It was a favorite of Guardians on its first go around and that popularity has only grown with its return.
How to get Austringer in Destiny 2
The Austringer hand cannon can be obtained from any activity on the Derelict Leviathan or completing Season of the Haunted missions.
