Can players turn off motion controls in Nintendo Switch Sports?
Since this game is heavily centered around simulating the realistic movements in these sports, players cannot turn off motion controls. While this means that Nintendo Switch Lite players cannot use their built-in controllers to play the game, there is still a way to play on the Lite. To do so, all players need to do is connect external Joy-Cons to the Nintendo Switch Lite.
Nintendo Switch Sports features both online and local multiplayer. All players need to begin playing with their friends or family is connect to the internet to play online multiplayer or connect a second Joy-Con to play locally. Since motion controls are such a large part of the game, make sure to use the Joy-Con’s safety strap so that it doesn’t go flying at your TV screen.
