Ark: Survival Evolved can be a very gratifying game. Once you figure out how to craft and tame your dinos then you’re in for a treat. Sometimes though, you just want to romp around and in those cases cheats help a lot – so with that being said here are the commands so that you can have everything at your disposal.

Enabling Ark Commands

Firstly, the console will need to be opened (not the console you’re playing on). To do this simply press the corresponding button for your format:

  • PS4 – L1, R1, Square, and Triangle
  • Xbox One – LB, RB, X, and Y
  • PC – Tab key (if you are only using a keyboard and mouse)

After pressing these you will see a bar appear at the bottom of the screen, letting you know you have done it correctly. This will also be where you input the commands.

Multiplayer

If you are wanting to use cheats in multiplayer mode then you will have to type EnableCheats [Password]. The password is the one held by the Admin. If you are playing within a server then you will also need to put admincheat in front before inputting the command.
