Raven Software, the developers of Call of Duty: Warzone, have implemented a massive weapon balancing patch with the Season 3 update. Adjustments in this patch primarily focus on Sniper and Marksman Rifles, while Assault Rifles, Submachine Guns, Light Machine Guns, and Handguns have also seen significant changes.

Several Sniper Rifles, such as the Kar98k and SP-R 208, now cannot one-shot kill enemies outside of their maximum damage ranges. We have a dedicated article covering all the changes to Sniper Rifles if you want to check that out.

Additionally, magazine and barrel attachment values have been balanced for the other weapon classes. Here’s a summary of the weapons that were buffed and nerfed in Warzone Season 3:
